🔥 I haven't worked out in years—can I still do this?

Absolutely! I welcome both beginners and returning clients. Your program will be designed to build strength, improve movement quality, and enhance consistency—no prior experience required.

đź§“ Am I too old to start strength training?

Not at all! Research shows that people in their 60s, 70s, and beyond can safely build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility with the right guidance. My programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after time away, or managing health conditions. Training at any age can help reduce fall risk, boost independence, and keep you moving with confidence in daily life.

🏠 Where do you train clients?

I provide in-home training anywhere in Marin County and also offer virtual sessions—so you can choose what fits best with your schedule and lifestyle.

đź’¸ How much do your personal training services cost?

Free consultation—rates are available upon request. Training packages depend on the number of sessions and your individual goals.

📚 Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Not yet. I’m currently completing my nutrition coaching certification and plan to add this service soon—so stay tuned!

❌ What’s your cancellation policy?

Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur the full session charge.
